Parkhotel Kortrijk

The breakfast here is a culinary delight, with the best array of tasty treats I've ever experienced! Our South wing room was spotlessly clean and comfy, with a Nespresso machine for that perfect coffee fix. Plus, the gym is great-seriously excellent equipment.

We did get a few pesky mosquito bites on our two-night stay, a reminder of open windows, but it didn't put a damper on our trip. A little wifi hiccup now and then was also a minor blip in an otherwise stellar experience.

Sauna area good but the way to get there is long and too cold. Bathrobe costs 7 euros extra. Breakfast is good but very full on weekends

Good hotel, central location, very nice staff (except for the one at breakfast), modern rooms where you feel comfortable.

Staff at breakfast was in a very bad mood and not very accommodating, even apologized for asking something.

For coffee lovers, the coffee machine in the room is a nice touch, though a kettle would enhance the convenience for tea drinkers.

Great location, directly in the city, yet quite quiet. For parking you had to go to a nearby public parking garage (with a cheap night tariff). Breakfast was great. The rooms ( and the bathroom ) could be a little bit more spacious. Swimming pool and sauna could have been used, unfortunately I did not have time for that.

Leaky shower cabin, the floor was then under water and the panelling came loose a little due to the wetness.

The staff was extremely friendly.

I had booked a double bed and got two single beds. The equipment of the minibar was rather poor and the care products in the bathroom were not up to standard for me. There were also no hooks or hanging facilities for towels or nécessaire.

my stay was upgraded with its fantastic location, just a few steps from both the city's charming square and the lively K in Kortrijk shopping center, where I enjoyed leisurely strolls and explored the local shops and cafes during my weekend getaway.

Inconsistent WiFi access could drive someone crazy!!! Limited laundry service hours may lead to frustrations for late arrivals!!! Temperature control issues.

I almost gave a positive review but the chaotic staff couldn't even manage my two bookings properly, causing confusion all around. The parking situation is just laughable while my room lacked essential coffee-definitely not a 4-star experience. The atmosphere was like a crowded nightclub, not a classy hotel. Not impressed, Parkhotel.

Located next to the train station, but still very quiet. Very nice facilities. Room was quite large, including a loft-style office. Bathrooms were modern with heated floors. Breakfast was included with the room. Standard array of options at breakfast. Nothing spectacular, but had enough variety and good quality. Overall, very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and well presented (despite some building maintenance) with check in/out a quick and easy process. As requested, tea making facilities were provided. The hotel's proximity to the railway station is ideal, especially if Kortrijk is an unfamiliar destination.

Twin beds pushed together is not a double (which was requested). Sound-proofing isn't very good and probably wouldn't allow a good night's sleep if you are a light sleeper.

The breakfast was good, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The wellness area was a highlight, complete with a serene atmosphere that promoted relaxation.
